Terms of Service

Phrona, Inc. ("Phrona," "we," "us," "our") operates the phrona.io website (the "Site") and the Phrona platform. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

Phrona is currently in private beta. The Site:

• Describes our product, our positioning, and our founding cohort program
• Allows you to inquire about joining the founding cohort
• Cross-links to our advisory practice (AC Strategy Group), our writing (Substack), and our LinkedIn presence

Important: The Site is not a place to purchase the Phrona product. Access to Phrona is gated by application and acceptance into the founding cohort. Cohort members sign a separate subscription agreement at the point of onboarding.

If you submit an inquiry through the Site, we will:

• Use the information you provide (name, email, company, role, context) to respond to your inquiry
• Reach out within 48 hours of receipt
• Add your contact information to a small CRM used solely for founding-cohort outreach
• Not share your information with third parties (except service providers who help us send email — see the Privacy Policy)

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it to train AI models. We do not run targeted advertising.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the content on the Site. We are a small team in private beta; pages may change without notice.

There is no service-level agreement covering the marketing Site or your inquiry. We aim to respond within 48 hours but do not guarantee it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phrona, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any inquiry submitted through it. Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100.00).

The content on the Site — including the Phrona name, the Phrona logo, the Phrona wordmark, written copy, and design — is the intellectual property of Phrona, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except as permitted by fair use.

The Site contains links to third-party properties (AC Strategy Group, Substack, LinkedIn, our email provider). We are not responsible for the content or terms of those properties.

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be reflected in a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
